As a Regional Operations Leader within our Transit-as-a-Service (TaaS) Operations team, you will take charge of overseeing operations through our cutting-edge technology platform. Your role will involve managing a dedicated team of local field operators who are committed to daily operational excellence, driving continuous improvements in quality, and expanding our service offerings.

This position requires in-person engagement, with an expectation of field presence at least three days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume full responsibility for all operational aspects within your designated region; accountability is paramount.
  • Lead a local team towards achieving our ambitious objectives for operational excellence and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the region.
  • Oversee on-site operations 3-5 days a week; flexibility for early mornings or evenings may be necessary based on business needs.
  • Engage in comprehensive problem-solving. You will proactively identify operational inefficiencies, propose actionable solutions, implement changes, and monitor outcomes.
  • Utilize data analysis to generate business insights that inform new practices and policies aimed at enhancing KPIs and financial performance.
  • Exercise independence in revamping processes and programs.
  • Collaborate with a diverse interdisciplinary team to scale operational processes, systems, and tools to facilitate rapid growth.

  • A results-driven professional with a proven track record of comprehensive ownership of business operations and consistently meeting KPIs and revenue targets.

Compensation and Benefits:

The final salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience, knowledge, and skills. The stated salary range does not include equity or variable pay, where applicable.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000
