Business Development Role in Landscaping

Company: Lawns of Dallas

Lawns of Dallas is a prominent full-service landscaping firm with a rich history of over 40 years in the Dallas Metroplex. Our expertise lies in landscape design, construction, and maintenance services. In the role of Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in identifying and cultivating new business prospects for our landscape management offerings in the DFW region. You will collaborate with our energetic Sales Team, representing Lawns of Dallas to potential clients and contributing to our growth as the leading landscape service provider in the area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential and current clients to assess and promote landscape projects
  • Meet and exceed annual sales objectives
  • Collaborate with the Production Team to ensure seamless project execution
  • Comprehend client needs, maintain ongoing communication, and provide feedback to the Production Team to enhance client satisfaction
  • Attend weekly Sales Meetings to review and analyze sales performance
  • Keep precise sales records and reports as required by the company
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the landscaping sector
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
  • Strong sales acumen to build and maintain client relationships
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic professional environment
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-driven with a proactive mindset
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized
