In the role of Business Developer, you will be instrumental in uncovering and fostering new business prospects for our landscape management offerings in the DFW region. You will collaborate with our vibrant Sales Team, representing Lawns of Dallas to potential clients and aiding in our mission to become the leading landscape service provider in the area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential and current clients to assess and promote landscape projects
  • Meet and exceed annual sales objectives
  • Collaborate with the Production Team to ensure seamless project execution
  • Grasp client needs, maintain consistent communication, and provide feedback to the Production Team to enhance client satisfaction
  • Attend weekly Sales Meetings to review and analyze sales performance
  • Keep precise sales records and reports as required by the company
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the landscaping sector
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
  • Strong sales capabilities to build and maintain client relationships
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced professional setting
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-driven with a proactive approach
