The Business Development Manager - Healthcare(Northeast) role at Workiva is a dynamic sales position responsible for driving growth and revenue through the sale of our core platform to not-for-profit healthcare customers. This role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.

The ideal candidate will possess 4+ years of sales experience in a related field, with a proven track record of success in selling to executive-level buyers. They will also have a deep understanding of the Software as a Service (SaaS) business model and be able to demonstrate complex software applications. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously are essential.

A competitive salary range for this position is $86,000.00 - $138,000.00 per year, with opportunities for commission based on sales performance. Additionally, employees are eligible for Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire, a 401(k) match, and comprehensive employee benefits package.
