**About the Role**

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our Personal Lines team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, selling new lines of coverage, and cross-selling within our existing book of business.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide high-quality service to customers, including addressing coverage issues, contract analysis, and exposure analysis.
  • Manage and control relationships with clients, including business managers and individual customers.
  • Oversee all processes related to renewals, account management, and new business development.
  • Ensure Standard Operating Guidelines (SOGs) are used and followed for all insurance transactions.

**Requirements**

  • 5-10 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance.
  • College degree preferred (high school diploma required).
  • Current California Department of Insurance License.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with utilizing agency management system, Applied EPIC, preferred.
