At Marsh McLennan Companies, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our Commercial Entertainment team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow new business and expand existing relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and drive business results.
- Manage and control client relationships, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to drive business growth and improve client outcomes.
- 5-10 years of experience in commercial entertainment insurance or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Competitive base salary range: $84,700 to $180,800.
