Senior Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our Personal Lines team at Marsh McLennan Agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and driving business growth through strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch service to clients, addressing their coverage needs and ensuring seamless policy management.
- Develop and execute account plans to increase revenue and retention, leveraging your expertise in personal lines insurance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, carrier offerings, and regulatory requirements to provide informed guidance to clients.
- Utilize carrier websites, communications, and new coverage options to market and rate new and renewal business.
- 3-5 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a strong understanding of underwriting and rating procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, with experience utilizing carrier websites and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex insurance products and regulatory requirements.
