Senior Account Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our Personal Lines team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, selling new lines of coverage, and cross-selling within our existing book of business.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality service to clients, including addressing coverage issues, contract analysis, and exposure analysis.
- Manage and control relationships with clients, including daily servicing and addressing various coverage issues.
- Inform and educate clients about coverage, exclusions, and exposures, as well as gaps in coverage and stewardship programs.
- Monitor and review client satisfaction, reporting findings and issues to the Producer of the account.
- Assist in designing or independently designing insurance plans for clients, thinking outside the box to provide innovative solutions.
- College degree preferred (high school diploma required)
- Current California Department of Insurance License
- 5-10 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with utilizing agency management systems, such as Applied EPIC, preferred
