About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our Commercial Entertainment team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, selling new lines of coverage, and cross-selling within our existing book of business.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality service to clients, including addressing coverage issues, contract analysis, exposure analysis, and handling all inside service work associated with client accounts.
- Manage and control relationships with clients, including business managers and individual customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow our client base and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with our Producer to inform them of strategic account issues, claims, and other potential problems.
- Oversee all processes related to renewals, account management, and new business development, ensuring that Standard Operating Guidelines (SOGs) are used and followed for all insurance transactions.
- 5-10 years of experience in commercial entertainment insurance.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining constructive and effective relationships with clients.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
