About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our Personal Lines team at Marsh McLennan Agency. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, selling new lines of coverage, and cross-selling within our existing book of business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality service to clients, addressing various coverage issues, contract analysis, exposure analysis, and handling all inside service work associated with client accounts.
  • Manage and control relationships with clients, including business managers and individual customers.
  • Oversee all processes related to renewals, account management, and new business development, ensuring Standard Operating Guidelines (SOGs) are followed for all insurance transactions.
  • Inform producers on strategic account issues, claims, and other potential problems.
  • Assist in designing or independently designing insurance plans for clients, thinking outside the box to provide innovative solutions.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to review summary reports, make presentations, and maintain client relationships.
  • Monitor and review client satisfaction quarterly, reporting findings to the producer of the account.
Requirements
  • College degree preferred (high school diploma required)
  • Current California Department of Insurance License
  • 5-7 years of client management experience
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with agency management system, Applied EPIC, preferred
