Role Overview
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our expanding Retention team. This position involves managing incoming calls from current customers who are considering canceling their services. Ideal candidates will possess exceptional communication and customer service abilities, a strong work ethic, and a motivation to achieve goals while utilizing their sales and value-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from existing customers;
  • Evaluate customer needs and devise strategies for retention;
  • Enhance product value by articulating services and customer savings;
  • Maintain a consistently positive demeanor and a customer-first approach to deliver outstanding service;
  • Stay informed about current products and services;
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions;
  • Professional phone presence;
  • Excellent customer service capabilities;
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills;
  • Highly coachable and adaptable;
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks;
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a call center setting, handling escalated customer issues;
  • Experience in customer retention is preferred;
  • Basic computer and typing proficiency;
  • Must be eligible for licensing by the State of Missouri (company supports application process and fees);
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
