As part of our expanding Payment Processing / Collections team, you will play a vital role in managing customer accounts. This position involves:

  • Handling both inbound and outbound communications with current customers
  • Assisting in bringing accounts up to date

Key Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

  • Strong phone communication skills
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a call center environment, preferably in collections (training will be provided)
  • Basic computer proficiency and typing skills
  • Eligibility for licensing by the State of Missouri (the company will support the application process and associated fees)
