Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a Warranty Claims Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time contract position where you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective claims management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to warranty claims, including conducting warranty lookups and order investigations.
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on claim investigations and inform them of any necessary adjustments.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, documenting inquiries, complaints, and the actions taken to resolve issues.
- Efficiently manage multiple communication channels, including phone and email, to provide timely support.
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in customer service (3 to 5 years preferred).
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in managing time effectively and working independently.
- Experience with computer applications, including data entry software and MS Outlook.
