Key Responsibilities:

  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to warranty claims, including conducting warranty lookups and order investigations.
  • Communicate with customers to provide updates on claim investigations and inform them of any necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, documenting inquiries, complaints, and the actions taken to resolve issues.
  • Efficiently manage multiple communication channels, including phone and email, to provide timely support.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in customer service (3 to 5 years preferred).
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in managing time effectively and working independently.
