About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Education Programs to join our team at Another Source. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing education programs that inspire ocean conservation and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Oversee the development and delivery of education programs, ensuring they are engaging, effective, and aligned with our organization's mission and goals.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of education professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans that drive education program growth and impact.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including educational institutions, community organizations, and government agencies, to advance our education mission.
  • Program Evaluation: Develop and implement evaluation strategies to assess the effectiveness of education programs and inform future program development.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in a relevant field, such as education, natural sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7-10 years of experience in education program development, leadership, and management.
  • Skills: Proven track record of developing and implementing effective education programs, excellent leadership and communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
