Position Overview
The Special Education Program Manager plays a crucial role in the success of Tutor Me Education by overseeing and coordinating educational initiatives for numerous students, monitoring their academic progress, and delivering exceptional customer service to families.

Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery
- Ensure the effective provision of high-quality Special Education services to students and their families.
- Implement programs and initiatives tailored for our students and educational partners.
- Organize class schedules to optimize staffing and meet operational efficiency targets.
- Track and assess student academic performance on both individual and collective levels.
- Conduct meetings with stakeholders to evaluate progress, modify academic plans, and renew enrollments.
- Promote a culture of open communication with students and parents to facilitate positive conflict resolution.
- Undertake additional tasks as required to maintain service excellence.

Administrative Duties
- Actively support and manage Tutor Me Education's Regional Operations through timely report submissions, meticulous note-taking, and effective task prioritization.
- Operate efficiently in a remote-first management setting.
- Provide virtual administrative assistance to Regional Operations, including managing communications and maintaining detailed records of interactions with schools, tutors, and staff.
- Ensure compliance with time management standards as per company and regulatory guidelines.

- Contribute to the flawless execution of programs and initiatives.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Ability to travel to various educational institutions as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 2-3 years of progressive experience in a related field.
- Experience in virtual operations, particularly with large teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
- Proven track record of maintaining organized records and effective communication.
