We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Commonwealth. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our Association Management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Association Management team, including managing the abandonment process, processing rent increases, and mailing resident bills.
- Process rent payments received at the corporate office and maintain constant correspondence between regional managers and community managers.
- Cover the front desk when the receptionist is absent, including processing and tracking applications.
- Process notices, file FEDs, and pull DMV records.
- Complete community newsletters and miscellaneous fliers, and orchestrate Quarterly Manager Meetings.
- Maintain the website by keeping information current and create and update procedures.
- Update certain registrations for communities.
- Two (2) years of administrative, secretarial, or clerical experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook).
- Regular and on-time attendance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Internet literate.
- Ability to learn processes and procedures quickly.
