Job Overview

Immediate Opening - Dry Force Corp is seeking a dedicated Restoration Sales Consultant for a full-time role.

Remote Work - Home Dispatched: All client meetings are organized by our scheduling team, eliminating the need for cold calling. You will only need to attend the office for scheduled weekly meetings after completing your training.

As a Restoration Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to assess the scope of work and provide estimates to homeowners during critical times. You will be visiting pre-qualified appointments arranged by our dispatch team. This role does not involve cold calling but requires advanced sales techniques to achieve successful "one visit close" outcomes during in-home consultations.

We aim to enhance our sales team with enthusiastic, outgoing In-Home Sales Consultants who will respond promptly to water damage incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with homeowners during in-home consultations (qualified leads provided, no cold calling required).
  • Work remotely to assess the scope of work and deliver estimates.
  • Offer solutions to homeowners in urgent situations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service as an in-home sales consultant.
  • Oversee remediation teams to ensure job progress and compliance.
  • Monitor job status and communicate updates to customers, company management, and insurance providers.
  • Respond promptly within one hour of receiving notifications for new jobs.
  • Complete all necessary documentation in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
  • Prior experience in mitigation is essential.
  • Familiarity with DASH is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to work 50-60 hours per week.
  • Proficient in modern technology.
  • Ability to communicate persuasively and respectfully with diverse individuals.
  • Stable employment history with a strong work ethic.
  • Proven ability to close sales effectively.
  • Commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
  • Positive and self-motivated attitude.

Requirements:

  • Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Clear criminal background check.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Work Schedule:

  • 2nd shift: 1pm - 9pm, Wednesday to Sunday, with alternating weekends off.
