Sales Director

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Professional Sales to join our team at QPS Employment Group, Inc. As a key member of our Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions team, you will be responsible for building and promoting our brand through business development, client expansion, and managing a team of Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute and participate in the overall sales strategy for your assigned geographical area, including forecasting
* Provide direction, training, coaching, and guidance to assigned sales team
* Work with regional leaders and QPS sales team as needed to expand the Accelerate brand and market share
* Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer partnerships, including deep-selling Accelerate services
* Update job/industry knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and maintaining personal networks
* Perform full range of managerial responsibilities, including interviewing, hiring, feedback sessions, planning, promoting our company belief system, assigning and directing work, EEO, performance management, and budgeting
Requirements:
* 5-7 years of related Staffing or Solutions Sales experience
* Selling, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced business environment
* Highly self-motivated to exceed sales quotas by closing new business
* Valid Driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle required
* Experience with Microsoft Office programs
