We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our Grown Brilliance boutique in Woodfield Mall. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and nurturing client relationships, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and personalized service
- Drive sales growth through strategic planning and execution
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and sales supervisors
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and implement new ideas and strategies to drive business growth
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of fine jewelry experience, with a focus on client relationships and sales growth
- 3+ years of direct management experience, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams
- 4+ years of retail or luxury retail experience, with a focus on client relationships and sales growth
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
