We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our Grown Brilliance boutique in Woodfield Mall. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and nurturing client relationships, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and personalized service
  • Drive sales growth through strategic planning and execution
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and sales supervisors
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and implement new ideas and strategies to drive business growth

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of fine jewelry experience, with a focus on client relationships and sales growth
  • 3+ years of direct management experience, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams
  • 4+ years of retail or luxury retail experience, with a focus on client relationships and sales growth
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
