We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to support our business operations. As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining office records and files, and performing light bookkeeping tasks. You will also be responsible for contacting vendors and service providers, composing and editing correspondence, and screening telephone calls.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in data collection, data entry, and record-keeping. You will also have the chance to work independently and as part of a team to achieve program goals and objectives.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows operating system
  • Able to work well under pressure and multitask effectively

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position with a standard 37.5-hour workweek.
