Role Overview: As a Client Relations Associate, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong connections with clients, advisors, and team members throughout the organization. This engaging position places you at the center of client interactions, handling a variety of inquiries such as fund transfers, account status checks, and confirmation of charitable contributions. You will also be responsible for managing client documentation, ensuring efficient processing and communication, while serving as a dependable contact for issue resolution and inquiries. Utilizing our CRM system, you will effectively manage tasks, update client records, and optimize workflows, all contributing to superior client service and support. Your ability to combine administrative skills with personalized client engagement will be key to delivering an outstanding client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, advisors, and team members.
  • Directly assist clients with various requests, including fund transfers, account inquiries, and documentation needs.
  • Oversee the distribution and collection of client paperwork.
  • Respond to phone inquiries, resolve issues, and provide necessary information.
  • Leverage the CRM system for task management, client onboarding/offboarding, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with other teams to prepare and submit client documentation.
  • Draft client correspondence as required.
  • Support advisors in scheduling client meetings and managing calendars.
  • Confirm appointments with clients through appropriate channels.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt, demonstrating resourcefulness.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM and financial management software is advantageous.
  • Consistently displays integrity, initiative, and a friendly attitude.
Education and Experience:
  • Preferred college degree; recent graduates with relevant degrees and experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience preferred; background in financial planning or securities is beneficial.
