About the Role

As a Member Experience Officer, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service and support to our members. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive information about all services offered and effectively promoting products that align with members' needs.
  • Overseeing daily branch operations in the absence of senior management.
  • Contributing to membership and asset growth through active participation in outreach initiatives and sales campaigns.
  • Serving as a role model for service excellence, showcasing exceptional listening, sales, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Assisting in fostering a vibrant sales culture within the branch.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a financial institution, with a proven track record in sales and service.
  • One year of supervisory experience and one year in business development is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to meet or exceed sales objectives.

This position requires onsite presence and availability to work on weekends.
