Job Description:
As an Emergency Psychiatric Technician at Rutland Regional Medical Center, you will be responsible for providing direct care to psychiatric patients in a fast-paced emergency setting. Your duties will include:
- Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans.
- Providing basic life support and first aid as needed.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree or college level work in psychology or human services field preferred.
- Prior experience in Healthcare, Mental Health, Security, or Public Service preferred.
- BLS Certification through American Heart Association required within 3 months of hire.
Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,186, based on industry standards and location. The pay range is $36,066 - $53,368 per year.
