About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with Community Health Centers of the Rutland Region, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and preventing behavioral health disorders in a diverse population. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues. They will also have a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Education and Experience: Master's degree in nursing or related field, with at least 3 years of experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Licensure to practice as a nurse practitioner in Vermont.
