**Qualifications**

* Over 3 years of relevant experience in business development within the automotive industry.
* Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and surpass sales targets.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
* Must exhibit proficiency in US Work Authorization and meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years old.
