Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Puente Hills Hyundai. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and cultivating strategic partnerships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop new business opportunities within the automotive industry, leveraging a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Proactively pursue leads from VinSolutions and third-party sources to drive business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to foster business expansion.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess more than 3 years of relevant experience in business development specifically within the automotive sector.
Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets is a non-negotiable requirement.
Effective performance in this role hinges on strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
Proficiency in problem-solving and analytical skills is essential for excelling in this position.
Must demonstrate competence in US Work Authorization and meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years old.
