Job Objective:
Accountable for all sales functions, from prospecting to closing within a designated territory.

Formulates and executes an agreed-upon Marketing Strategy that aligns with both personal and organizational objectives aimed at expanding the customer base in the targeted market.

Collaborates with sales and support teams to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and long-term account objectives in accordance with the company's vision and values.


Responsibilities:
Tasked with the sales of specialized online recruiting services tailored specifically for the sales and marketing sector.

Exhibits proficient selling skills and product expertise in all relevant areas, enabling the Sales Associate to deliver compelling presentations of Lumiere's Sales Recruiting System.

Creates an annual business strategy in collaboration with the Sales Manager, detailing activities to pursue throughout the fiscal year, focusing the Sales Associate on meeting or surpassing sales targets.

Possesses a comprehensive understanding of pricing structures and proposal frameworks.
Demonstrates the capability to engage in business discussions with entrepreneurs and decision-makers.

Maximizes all opportunities during the sales closing process, effectively capturing market share from larger competitors.

Employs a consultative selling approach, providing recommendations to prospects and clients regarding various solutions that address their business challenges.

Builds a database of qualified leads through referrals, telemarketing, face-to-face cold outreach to business owners, direct mail, email, and networking efforts.

Assists in executing company marketing initiatives as required.

Designs and delivers impactful proposal presentations and RFP responses that identify clients' business challenges, the implications of those challenges, and the solutions offered.

Responsible for sourcing and nurturing client relationships and referrals.
Tasked with identifying and establishing effective Centers of Influence Networks with Sales Recruiters and other professionals to maximize revenue opportunities.

Exhibits the ability to gather and submit detailed business information for underwriting, pricing, and presentation of solutions to identified clients' business challenges.

Maintains precise records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, presentations, closed deals, and follow-up efforts within their assigned territory, utilizing Microsoft Outlook to ensure accurate records that optimize territory potential.

Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, ensuring these are communicated and implemented within the team.

Contributes to the development of educational programs offered to clients, prospects, and company personnel.

Relationships and Roles:
Internal / External CooperationMaintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of Client Satisfaction.
Demonstrates the ability to interact and collaborate with all company personnel.
