Responsibilities:
Tasked with selling professional online recruitment services specifically designed for the sales and marketing sector.

Exhibits proficient selling techniques and product knowledge across all relevant areas, enabling the Sales Associate to deliver compelling presentations of Lumiere's Sales Recruiting System.

Creates an annual business strategy in partnership with the Sales Manager, detailing activities to pursue throughout the fiscal year, focusing the Sales Associate on meeting or surpassing sales targets.

Possesses comprehensive knowledge of pricing and proposal frameworks.
Demonstrates the capability to engage in business discussions with business owners and decision-makers.

Maximizes every opportunity in the sales process to capture market share from larger competitors.

Employs a consultative selling approach, offering recommendations to prospects and clients regarding various solutions to their business challenges.

Builds a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone outreach, face-to-face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking.

Assists in executing company marketing strategies as necessary.

Designs and delivers effective proposal presentations and RFP responses that pinpoint prospects' business challenges, the implications of those challenges, and the solutions available.

Accountable for sourcing and nurturing client relationships and referrals.
Responsible for identifying and cultivating a robust Centers of Influence Network with Sales Recruiters and other professionals to optimize revenue.

Demonstrates the ability to collect and submit detailed business information for underwriting, pricing, and presenting solutions to identified prospects' business challenges.

Maintains precise records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up tasks within their assigned territory, utilizing Microsoft Outlook to ensure accurate records that maximize territory potential.

Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, ensuring they are communicated and implemented within the team.

Contributes to the development of educational programs for clients, prospects, and company employees.

Relationships and Roles:
