We are looking for licensed mental health professionals to deliver individual, family, and group therapy to youth aged 3-21 who have experienced trauma or loss. This position provides a fulfilling opportunity to collaborate with colleagues to support children, adults, and families in achieving well-being.

Primary Duties:

  • Conduct triage, evaluations, individual, family, and group therapy, along with crisis intervention services for children and their families.
  • Complete all necessary documentation related to client care promptly, including detailed assessments and service plans.
  • Evaluate potential clients at referral and arrange assessments in accordance with service protocols.
  • Offer case management and consultation services to ensure seamless care for children and families.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health discipline.
  • Eligibility to obtain Licensure in the State of Oregon within three years. (Required)
  • Oregon licensed therapists with a minimum of three years of clinical experience with children and families, including those who have survived abuse.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
  • Completion of 40 hours of training in evidence-based trauma treatments.
  • Must successfully pass a criminal background check, DHS Child Welfare Registry, and sex offender registry checks prior to employment.
