About the Role
MentorcliQ is seeking a Lead Customer Success Strategist to serve as the primary champion for program leaders and administrators.

Your mission is to ensure that clients are fully leveraging the benefits of MentorcliQ's software by assisting administrators in cultivating effective mentoring initiatives and providing an exceptional experience for every customer interaction.

In this position, you will play a crucial role in facilitating swift adoption, enhancing program engagement, and ensuring client satisfaction, which will ultimately drive customer retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with a diverse range of clients across your account portfolio, implementing customer success strategies to promote product adoption, expansion, and long-term client loyalty.
2. Support clients through the onboarding journey by identifying essential performance metrics, fostering relationships, and configuring the SaaS MentorcliQ platform to ensure our clients' success.
3. Assess program health and usage, and guide customer administrators on how to optimize the value of their mentoring initiatives and other features available on the platform.
4. Develop a comprehensive understanding of our offerings and act as an advocate and consultant in sharing product best practices with our clients to help them achieve their objectives and navigate challenges.
5. Partner with the Account Manager to identify and cultivate upsell opportunities.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in mid-market/enterprise SaaS software implementation or a comparable track record of enhancing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
- Exceptional time and task management abilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple projects and competing priorities effectively.
- Strong aptitude for identifying strategic objectives and executing plans to achieve those goals.
- Proven experience in building robust relationships with both external and internal stakeholders at various organizational levels, helping others achieve business outcomes while enjoying the process.
- Highly meticulous with a keen attention to detail.
- Sound judgment and aptitude for process improvement.
- Ability to distill complex issues succinctly and adapt communication styles to suit different conversations through excellent verbal and written skills.
- Experience in the Mentoring/Coaching, Learning and Development, or Talent Development sectors is advantageous.
