Position Overview:
The Lead Marketing Strategist for Medicare Programs is tasked with crafting and refining member communication materials for Medicare Advantage and MMP.

This role necessitates close collaboration with various business and operational teams to guarantee that all member communications are compliant, precise, timely, and align with federal and state agency regulations.

The strategist will also oversee additional projects as designated by management and support the Medicare Advantage and MMP lines of business in preparation for the upcoming contract year.

Active participation in the creation, execution, and maintenance of annual timelines/work plans is crucial to ensure projects are completed successfully and on time.

Further responsibilities include aiding in the development and updating of process and policy documentation, standard operating procedures, and managing ad hoc projects as required.


Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Creates Medicare Advantage and MMP member communication materials utilizing a content management system.

Exhibits a thorough understanding and strict compliance with regulatory requirements, including timelines.

Works collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.

Actively engages in meetings and is capable of presenting and/or training team members as necessary.

Assists in the formulation of process improvement workflows, project presentations, work plans, establishing deadlines, and delegating task responsibilities.

Employs effective time management strategies and tools to achieve desired project outcomes.

Remains informed about the latest communications and directives from federal (CMS) and state agencies.

Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and the ability to quality check/proof documents for complete accuracy.
