This role is pivotal in our commitment to enhancing connectivity and will concentrate on enrolling new clients into Lifeline and ACP services, overseeing inventory, and achieving exceptional sales results in your assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Marketing Expertise: Utilize advanced sales and marketing techniques to enroll new Lifeline and ACP clients, consistently aiming to exceed sales targets.
  • Independent Role with Team Expansion Opportunities: Start as an independent contributor with the potential to grow your team to five members while managing your territory effectively.
  • Strategic Location Identification: Discover and secure ideal partner locations to enhance service outreach and customer engagement.
  • Inventory Oversight: Maintain efficient management of all inventory, ensuring enrollment specialists are well-equipped for successful customer interactions.
  • Talent Acquisition: Attract, recruit, and onboard skilled candidates for enrollment specialist roles.
  • Training and Development: Provide comprehensive training for specialists, focusing on product knowledge, enrollment procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with FCC and USAC regulations, upholding operational integrity.
  • Quality Control: Implement quality assurance measures to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the enrollment process.
  • Performance Evaluation: Assess and improve the performance of enrollment specialists through constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Auditing and Reporting: Conduct thorough audits and manage detailed reporting for transparent documentation of enrollment results.
  • Team Development: Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
  • Logistical Coordination: Effectively manage all logistical aspects of the enrollment process.

Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership, recruitment, and training capabilities.
  • Knowledge of telecommunications industry standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred).
