- Communication: Communicate effectively with management, Associates, and customers to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.
- Experience: 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
- Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask, and a strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
