Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Create a positive and engaging customer experience by providing exceptional service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting loyalty programs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of Associates, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including promoting products, managing inventory, and analyzing sales data.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with management, Associates, and customers to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask, and a strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
