Key Responsibilities

  • Engage professionally with candidates through various communication channels to facilitate the hiring process.
  • Proactively reach out to potential candidates via phone and email.
  • Manage and review necessary documentation including background checks and drug screenings through approved systems.
  • Source candidates through resume searches, job fairs, college recruitment, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Participate in job fairs, effectively promoting ABM and available positions.
  • Create and distribute professional recruitment materials across internal and external platforms.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for candidate information.
  • Conduct structured assessments to evaluate candidate interest and fit for open positions.
  • Assist candidates in completing online applications and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Support the screening, interviewing, and selection processes as needed.
  • Enhance applicant flow using various techniques including database mining, job postings, and networking.
  • Address employment-related inquiries from internal clients and job seekers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and the recruitment team to align on recruitment strategies and client needs.
  • Track and report on lead generation and conversion metrics to inform recruitment marketing efforts.
  • Engage in special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience in high-volume staffing or temporary recruiting is highly desirable.

Additional Skills:

  • Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships across the organization.
  • Skill in identifying and addressing staffing gaps effectively.
  • Capability to navigate ambiguity and maintain professionalism in various situations.
  • Commitment to excellence with a proven track record of accountability and collaboration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time
