Job Overview

Are you looking for a rewarding full-time position as a Real Estate Acquisition Specialist? This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about property investment and client relations. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new properties for our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate purchase agreements with prospective sellers
  • Conduct property walkthroughs and attend seller meetings
  • Engage in outbound prospecting with a target of over 100 calls daily
  • Convert incoming leads into appointments and finalized contracts
  • Participate in networking events to expand client base
  • Conduct marketing and sales initiatives outside the office
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of prospects using the company CRM
  • Evaluate investment opportunities for their potential
  • Provide daily updates on sales activities to management
  • Achieve and surpass company-defined performance metrics
  • Collaborate effectively with a dynamic team

Requirements:

Compensation:

Salary range of $85,000 - $125,000 based on performance metrics.
