Key Responsibilities

Establish and maintain effective relationships with students, faculty, staff, and external partners to ensure seamless program execution.

Logistics and Operations

  • Manage on-site logistics, including venue selection, catering, and classroom space allocation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of program events, staying within budget.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with program leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve program goals.
  • Develop and manage event schedules, coordinating with stakeholders as needed.
  • Prepare orientation materials and communications, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination.

Student Support and Advising

  • Provide individual and group advising on academic requirements, course selection, and campus resources.
  • Train, supervise, and mentor junior program staff, promoting professional development.
  • Maintain accurate advising records and confidential student evaluation records.

Process Improvement and Quality Assurance

  • Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with program leadership to implement changes.
  • Provide feedback on current processes, ensuring continuous quality improvement.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Triaging email inquiries and researching matters independently.
  • Communicating information across multiple team members and functional areas.
