Administrative Operations Coordinator

PrimeCare Medical, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Services Specialist to support daily administrative operations.
The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining office efficiency and ensuring seamless communication between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related tasks, including managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Oversee and maintain office supplies inventory, ordering new stock as necessary.
- Organize and manage office files, records, and documentation, both physical and digital.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room usage.
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Support office staff by preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Coordinate and assist with company events, meetings, and other employee-related functions.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring that all records are accurate and up to date.
- Ensure the office remains organized, clean, and equipped with necessary materials.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration or relevant fields are a plus.
- Previous experience as an Office Services Specialist, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with office equipment, including printers, scanners, and fax machines.
