Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at George A. Kint, Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our customer service team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with scheduling appointments for technicians and processing customer payments.
- Perform collection procedures on past due accounts receivable, including entering notes in the accounting system.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of our customers, including contact information and payment details.
- Setup and maintain vendor web portals as needed.
- Perform filing and other administrative tasks as required.
- Assist with invoice billing and accounts payable.
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by department leaders.
- 3-5 years of prior administrative assistant experience with a strong focus in accounting.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to form successful business relationships.
- Ability to work independently and remain highly motivated under minimal supervision.
- Proficient with Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to adapt to changing work pace and work as part of a diverse, cross-functional team.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems and communicate effectively both written and verbally.
