Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Corporate Hiring Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Coordinator to oversee and manage departmental recordkeeping and bookkeeping functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and computer skills and must be able to work effectively with the public in a dynamic office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage departmental records and perform bookkeeping functions.
  • Organize and maintain office systems ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Handle office communications including answering phones and responding to inquiries.
  • Prepare reports manage schedules and oversee office supply inventory.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service and manage interactions with the public.
Required Skills / Experience:
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using computers and office software (e.g. MS Office Suite).
  • Ability to work effectively with the public and provide excellent customer service.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Previous experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred.
Working Conditions:
  • FullTime Position
  • Typical working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
