Job Summary

Fior Di Sole LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Napa, CA. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide exceptional support to our administrative team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the administrative team, including answering phones, taking messages, and directing visitors.
  • Coordinate messenger and courier services, prepare outgoing mail, and maintain office filing and storage systems.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as faxing, scanning, and copying documents, as well as retrieving information when requested.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies, including cleaning and kitchen supplies, and ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
  • Perform work-related errands, such as going to the post office and bank, and sort incoming mail for delivery to the correct department or staff member.
  • Coordinate sample deliveries and maintain a clean and tidy office area.
  • Setup and breakdown tastings, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; prior reception or office assistant experience highly preferred.
  • Valid California driver's license required (insurability on company insurance).
  • Competent computer skills, including MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), and internet skills, including use of e-mails, group messaging, and data collection.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, organizational and problem-solving skills, and exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) with a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, carry up to 50 pounds over short distances, and sit, stand, lift, push, pull, stretch, reach, grasp, crawl, climb, reach, turn, and kneel for long periods (8 hours or more per day).
