Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled People and Culture Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for assisting with internal and external HR inquiries, recruitment, benefits administration, and onboarding. If you are a bilingual professional with at least 1 year of HR experience, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with HR-related inquiries and requests
  • Support the recruitment process, including candidate identification, reference checks, and background checks
  • Produce and submit reports on HR activity, including grievances and benefits administration
  • Perform onboarding and maintain staff records
Requirements
  • Bilingual
  • At least 1 year of HR experience, 2 years preferred
  • Ability to work varying schedules, including holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts
