Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Childcare Coordinator to join our team at The Father's House. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of our Childcare programming for weekly and special events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and equip Childcare Workers to run a safe and engaging program.
  • Oversee the scheduling of Childcare Workers weekly and for special events, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
  • Order supplies and snacks for the program, adhering to our standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with TFH Kids Pastors to plan and execute events, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the TFH Kids Pastor.
Requirements
  • 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a childcare setting.
  • Basic knowledge of computer programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to learn new programs as needed.
  • Alignment with The Father's House values and Statement of Faith.
  • Membership at The Father's House.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Planning Center and Rock RMS Database.
Reporting Relationships

Reports directly to the TFH Kids Campus Director.
