Maintenance Coordinator Job Description

Fior di Sole LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for maintaining and processing equipment at maximum operating efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and organize all tool inventory
  • Diagnose, analyze, and investigate equipment malfunction and repair
  • Research parts, components, and raw materials as needed
  • Create and manage purchase orders for parts and materials
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the department
  • Maintain records and downtime logs of all repairs and equipment malfunctions
  • Utilize our computerized Maintenance Management system to track and monitor maintenance and repair activities
  • Ensure all tools, carts, and maintenance equipment are clean and safely stored
  • Perform basic office work, including filing, scanning, copying, and using Excel
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative field
  • Ability to follow and enforce all safety rules and regulations
  • Basic electrical knowledge and ability to work with custom process/importing and exporting procedures
  • Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint)
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and translate in English and Spanish
Working Conditions:

The Maintenance Coordinator will work in a fast-paced winery environment, with moderate to loud noise levels and exposure to moving mechanical parts. The ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 60 lbs) and work in a variety of temperatures is required.
