About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at LendingTree. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive paid social media campaigns to drive profitable leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement paid social media strategies to achieve business objectives, including campaign management, optimization, and analysis.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including lead volumes, revenue, margins, and related performance metrics, to ensure accomplishment of performance goals.
  • Data Analysis and Automation: Analyze data to make informed decisions and build automated processes around bids, ads, and landing page optimization.
  • Campaign Optimization: Own the structure, tactical direction, optimization, spend, and P&L of specific campaigns in the online lead aggregation space.
  • Communication and Reporting: Communicate campaign performance to stakeholders, including weekly calls, monthly meetings, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Account Optimization: Ongoing account optimization, including structure and creative improvements.
  • Test and Learn: Report on and communicate about innovative test ideas and results within the marketing and product teams.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 3-5 years of managing and scaling paid social campaigns
  • Skills: Experience in direct-response advertising is mandatory; knowledge of advertising for financial services preferred
  • Platform Knowledge: Experience running target-ROAS campaigns on Meta and TikTok. Additional platform knowledge of LinkedIn, Pinterest, and/or Reddit is a bonus
  • Soft Skills: Ability to adjust to and anticipate changes in the company's strategic focus and changing market conditions
  • Team Player: Proven track record of testing creative strategies
  • Communication: Strong analytical, qualitative, communication, and critical thinking skills
