Job Overview

The Digital Campaign Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing complex marketing automation solutions utilizing the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert in Marketing Cloud, with a strong technical background and the ability to work across cross-functional teams.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Gather requirements, design, develop and configure customer-centric journeys that bring to life marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
  • Creating dynamic and segmented marketing campaigns using AMPscript and SQL expertise.
  • Build automations for marketing, analysis, and system maintenance using SQL knowledge.
  • Maintain and optimize SFMC for peak performance and data integrity.
  • Lead technical implementation of campaigns that align to our marketing and selling strategies, ensuring that solutions are aligned with business requirements and platform best practices.
  • Stay up to date with new Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and technologies, and assess their impact on existing solutions.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • Understanding of Marketing Cloud architecture and data models, including Journey Builder and Email Studio.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise messaging for non-technical stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 1 through up to 3 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in business administration, marketing, computer science, and/or related field.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications, including Marketing Cloud Consultant, Email Specialist, and Developer, are preferred.
