POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in collaborating with the marketing team, onsite personnel, and regional leadership to develop tailored tactical marketing strategies, ensuring consistent execution across the portfolio.

This position involves partnering with various internal and external groups to implement a strategic marketing plan that aligns with community and portfolio objectives.

The salary range for this role is competitive.

This position is hybrid, requiring the candidate to reside within the designated region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary marketing liaison for onsite and operations teams for an assigned portfolio.
  • Provide ongoing marketing support to community teams, business leaders, and clients.
  • Develop tactical marketing campaigns and individual asset marketing strategies that enhance each community's brand and achieve business goals.
  • Assist onsite teams in establishing and executing social media strategies, email marketing, and overall customer experience.
  • Analyze reports and present marketing performance data to stakeholders, utilizing business intelligence data.
  • Communicate through various channels to enhance engagement and satisfaction of clients.
  • Recommend design agencies, consult on creative projects, and manage property branding initiatives.
  • Organize and maintain marketing assets and digital resources.
  • Engage with advertising and marketing partners to ensure optimal service levels and performance.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for communities within the portfolio.
  • Contribute to regional business development efforts.
  • Assist in marketing budget recommendations and monitor expenditures.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to teams in troubleshooting digital advertising channels.
  • Collaborate with national and in-house creative teams to implement marketing initiatives.
