About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Apex Service Partners. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment process for all trade line roles across the West Coast Region
  • Facilitate the recruitment process in our applicant tracking system (ATS) through job posting, qualifying/screening applicants, and tracking accurately in the system
  • Work closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand their staffing needs
  • Assist with establishing and upgrading recruiting and hiring practices for the region
  • Assist in developing forecasts for all roles within the region
  • Analyze and impact monthly and annual reporting by market and trade
  • Establish a diversity recruiting program focused on outcomes
  • Assist in building a culture of performance accountability
  • Apply technology to automate and bring efficiencies to the end-to-end recruiting process
  • Assist with talent collateral creation, branding, social postings, and/or content
  • Contribute feedback on employer brand as a system and in market specifics
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience recruiting through internal corporate or staffing agency
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a related field
  • Experience recruiting in industries such as Labor, Services, Construction, Restoration, etc.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Positive attitude, team player
  • High energy, ownership of work product, and dedication to driving results
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Must live in Oregon or Washington and be open to local travel. Position is Hybrid
