The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Leader to join our team. As a key member of our People function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with our company goals and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop the talent acquisition team to drive recruitment processes and improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement data-driven recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
  • Partner with senior leadership and department heads to understand hiring needs and develop headcount and recruitment plans.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on recruitment metrics, challenges, and strategies.
  • Design and execute recruitment strategies to ensure the attraction and selection of diverse talent.
Requirements
  • At least 8 years of experience in talent acquisition in a corporate environment, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to partner across all lines of business and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in the insurance brokerage industry.
  • Professional in Human Resources certification.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 to $200,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Our total compensation package includes a bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
