Position Overview

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Professionally engage with potential residents, showcasing the unique features and advantages of our properties, while securing lease agreements from qualified individuals.
  • Conduct follow-ups with prospective tenants and promote the community through various channels. Aim to convert inquiries into property tours and subsequently into leases.
  • Guide prospective residents through property tours, adhering to established procedures and safety protocols.
  • Ensure accurate completion of guest cards, entering all relevant information into our property management system.
  • Prepare and finalize all lease-related documentation, including processing applications, compiling move-in details, and managing lease files and renewal letters.
  • Assist in handling phone inquiries, responding to email leads, and managing work orders within the property management software.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, promptly addressing resident requests and concerns.
  • Foster strong customer relationships with both prospects and current residents.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the community, maintaining cleanliness and reporting maintenance issues to the Service Team.
  • Participate in competitive property evaluations.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our property, sister properties, corporate housing partners, and competitors.
  • Collaborate with the Community Director and team members to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance traffic and lead generation.
  • Support resident events and activities as directed by the Community Director and team members.
  • Occasionally utilize personal transportation for community inspections and corporate office visits.

Desired Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 6 months experience in customer service or sales is required.
  • Prior experience in residential property management is advantageous.
