Key Responsibilities of the Customer Care Agent:

  • Engage customers with authentic and compelling call scripts.
  • Address customer requests swiftly and effectively.
  • Proactively initiate outbound calls to achieve booking targets.
  • Maintain an organized customer database to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications for the Customer Care Agent:

  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in Home Services, is preferred.
  • Proficient in computer and telephone systems.
  • Proven ability to exceed expectations and take initiative.
  • Dependable with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative team player with a strong desire to succeed.
